The house, located on a quiet road, has a delightful open floor plan and was completely refloored in the summer, with new porcelain tile in all living areas and lush carpet in the bedrooms. Soaring ceilings and 7 sliding doors add to the spaciousness of the house.

The villa is located in a quiet, picturesque area just minutes from a wide choice of restaurants, wildlife parks, stunning beaches, shopping centers, and numerous local attractions. Golf, tennis, sailing, theaters, fishing, nature trails, bicycle trails, and lots more!
Further afield for exploring are Disney World, Miami, and the Everglades; or take a "FastCat" Catamaran cruise to Key West.
There is something for everyone in the area - even if it's just reading, watching or lazing about.

Englewood Beach has a well-maintained pavilion with restrooms, showers and picnic tables; and its gorgeous sunsets over the turquoise sea are spectacular. Bring your camera!! Watercraft can also be rented in this area.
Tampa Airport is also an alternative to Fort Myers.
