Enjoy the spacious formal living room & dining area which is a great place for all to enjoy a wonderful dinner and conversation. The open kitchen, nook & family room area includes a stone fireplace which soars up to the top of the 19'6" vaulted ceilings. A great place to enjoy carefree gatherings and entertaining. The Master bedroom is downstairs, w/king size bed,& views of the lush backyard. Upstairs the loft overlooks the family room area & has a deck that overlooks the entire backyard. Also upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms with 2 king and 1 queen size bed. The home sleeps 8 - 10 people very comfortably. Outside you can sit at the bar under the custom built Ramada. This is a great place to sit and enjoy the waterfall cascading into the swimming pool. Evening hours you can step up & sit around the stone gas fireplace and enjoy the beautiful Arizona evenings. Let's not forget the 6-8 person spa.
Across the street from the home is natural desert and hiking trails just beyond that area. This 3,433 square foot home is available all year around for your enjoyment, rest and relaxation. Call today for availability.

We are just 25 - 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix where you can sight see and catch a Suns basketball game or a Diamondback baseball game depending on the season. The Football and Hockey Stadiums are 25 minutes away which puts us in a great central area for you Sports fans. Let's not forget the Spring Baseball Training camps during the month of March. We are located just 20 minutes away from most of the training camps.
We are located in the North Phoenix area which makes it easy to get around to most areas of interest: Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills just to name a few. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, golf, air balloon rides, hiking and waterparks are also close by. Sedona, Jerome, and Flagstaff are close enough to take a round trip day ride to and take back some beautiful pictures and memories. Call for availability.
