We call it Coral Castle!

This 4 bedroom/3 bath family vacation home adjoins 300 feet of pristine shoreline in the Crystal Beach neighorhood of Destin. The private sandy beach is right outside your back door.

You will enjoy panoramic views from two furnished balconies. The balconies are ideal for enjoy morning coffee, to watch for dolphins, or relax and drink in the beauty of the sunsets while breathing in the fresh sea air.

The pool is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and is located on the northside of the property a half minute's walk from the front door.

This home is conveniently located within walking distance of the heart of Destin's major shopping and dining area; a 4 block stroll away.

You will enjoy breathtaking views of Destin's sugar white shoreline from inside the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom of this west end home. The home is ideal for families to gather, a romantic getaway for couples and perfect for snowbirds wanting a winter retreat right on the beach.

The main living/dining area on the second floor has a solid coral fireplace and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors leading to a furnished balcony overlooking the sandy beach below.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal. For your convenience, near the kitchen is the laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.

The comfortable bedrooms are spaced apart to provide quiet and privacy for all guests.

On the north side of the second floor is a QUEEN BEDROOM and full bathroom accessed from the bedroom or from the hall.

The third floor MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable dual king bed has its own private balcony. The mirrored wall above the Jacuzzi in the master reflects the emerald green colors of the Gulf of Mexico. View the ocean from the furnished balcony or as you soak in the Jacuzzi. What a way to relax! The spacious marble MASTER BATH with large walk in shower has dual vanities and an added extra, a bidet.

On the north end of the third floor is a bedroom with TWIN BUNK BEDS, an extra pull out mattress, and two large closets.

The ground floor multi-function studio opens directly onto the PRIVATE patio and deck has windows covering the entire south end. It serves is a great hangout for the family during the day and as a 4th bedroom at night. This versatile space is very popular with guests and is a big plus for large families. It has a small kitchen, a comfortable QUEEN Murphy bed, and full bathroom with step-in shower with 2 seats and a steam option.

The studio is ideal for guests who want to be close to everyone yet have their own ground level quarters without stairs where they can walk right in from their car to their quarters or right out onto the patio and deck and enjoy the beach.

The peaceful private beach has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sun and sand and clean sea air.
In addition to the one-car garage where you can store luggage, bikes, go carts and golf clubs, there are three parking spaces onsite near the front door for your use.

This home is a great vacation location where everyone will enjoy an uncrowded beach retreat yet be conveniently close to all the amenities of Destin.

This home is located in the heart of Destin in the popular,upscale neighborhood of Crystal Beach. It is a half a mile walk to the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and State Rd 293.

We had a great time at this unit. It was perfect for our big family. The decks were wonderful to hang out on and the rooms were good size. I would recommend it to anyone. We will definately be back.

This place is amazing. It was very spacious and accomodating for our family. We enjoyed the deck and grill also, we cooked dinner and sat out on the deck watching the waves and the sunset many of nights. We will definetely go back and stay here again.

This was our 13th annual girls trip. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The townhome provided ample space for all of us. All the shopping and restaurants was very conveniently located nearby. I would recommend this place to all.
